The Silhouette Collection of furniture was designed in a collaboration between Gary Bennett and Ian Bailey. This collaboration brought together Bailey’s studied, formal design sense and Bennett’s self taught intuitive furniture design. The inspiration for the designs were drawn from the silhouette of the coastal horizon line viewed from Bennett’s home in Gnarabup – Margaret River.

The exhibition of the finished designs brought together SHAUN ATKINSON with his infamous 7 panel painting, and poet JOHN KINSELLA with his words running through the catalogue bringing it all together.
