A lovely crowd gathered at JahRoc Galleries on Wednesday 28th December to celebrate the opening of an exciting exhibition by Western Australian artist Ken Rasmussen.
Music by Graeme Dickinson and Margaret River wine was enjoyed by all whilst mingling with Ken Rasmussen and getting to know the stories behind his intricate works of art.
Ken Rasmussen entertained the crowd by walking us through the iconic geographical points in his painting titled – To The Forest. “There is nothing quite like being in the forest and hearing the birdsong and the wind through the leaves. We escape from the city back to a natural world and rediscover a sense of release and relaxation“.
